As a Procurement & Supply Assistant Apprentice, you will support the purchasing and supply chain activities at JDR Products Ltd while working towards a recognised Level 3 Procurement and Supply Assistant qualification. • Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures

• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm delivery schedules, and resolve any issues

• Match invoices with purchase orders and check delivery notes to identify and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with stock checks, replenishment, and monitoring stock and supply levels

• Maintain accurate procurement records, contract files, and supplier databases

• Research suppliers, pricing, and market trends to support purchasing decisions

• Follow procurement policies, ethical standards, and audit requirements

• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support smooth supply chain activities

• Develop your knowledge of procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain processes through practical workplace experience

You will work towards a Level 3 Procurement and Supply Assistant apprenticeship with High Ridge Training Ltd.

Your training will be delivered online alongside practical workplace experience. At least 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to training and studying, giving you the opportunity to gain professional knowledge while developing your skills on the job.
