As a Procurement & Supply Assistant Apprentice, you will support the purchasing and supply chain activities at JDR Products Ltd while working towards a recognised Level 3 Procurement and Supply Assistant qualification. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, develop your commercial and organisational skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in procurement and supply chain.

Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm delivery schedules, and resolve any issues
Match invoices with purchase orders and check delivery notes to identify and resolve discrepancies
Assist with stock checks, replenishment, and monitoring stock and supply levels
Maintain accurate procurement records, contract files, and supplier databases
Research suppliers, pricing, and market trends to support purchasing decisions
Follow procurement policies, ethical standards, and audit requirements
Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support smooth supply chain activities
Develop your knowledge of procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain processes through practical workplace experience

You will work towards a Level 3 Procurement and Supply Assistant apprenticeship with High Ridge Training Ltd.
Your training will be delivered online alongside practical workplace experience. At least 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to training and studying, giving you the opportunity to gain professional knowledge while developing your skills on the job.
