We offer a wide range from training courses such as apprenticeships, Diploma courses and short courses for continuous professional development. Our Academies are based in Gloucestershire and Derbyshire.

As MD of High Ridge Training Group, I lead specialist providers focused on raising standards and creating opportunities. With roots in travel and tourism, I’ve worked across education since 2013 and guided our providers to consistent ‘Good’ Ofsted ratings. Outside work, I’m a mum who loves family time, dog walks, and planning Greek Island adventures.

I’ve spent over 10 years in childcare, growing Energy Kidz into the UK’s largest wraparound provider. Reach4Skills began as a way to upskill our staff, but soon filled a wider market gap for quality training. It’s now a leading childcare training provider, thanks to a brilliant team delivering strong outcomes for learners and employers.

Group Designated Safeguarding and Prevent Lead. Since joining Reach4Skills in 2017 as an assessor, I’ve progressed to IQA, Training Delivery Manager, and now Head of Training. With a background in Early Years and senior management, I’m passionate about development. Outside work, I love family time, the outdoors, and travelling from UK camping to Caribbean beaches.

Mental Health First Aider with experience teaching maths and English from entry level to GCSE. I understand the challenges learners face and enjoy helping them succeed. I’ve led maths and English teams and aim to make both subjects accessible and enjoyable. Outside work, I enjoy family time, the gym, gaming with friends, and trying new foods.

Designated Safeguarding and Prevent Lead. Since joining Cedars in 2020 as an assessor/IQA, I’ve progressed to Operations Manager, supporting tutors, therapists, and the Cedars Salon. With a background in spas, salons, and running my own 5-star business, I love sharing my passion. Outside work, I enjoy nature, the gym, and cosy family time by the fire.

With 13 years’ experience as a Tutor/Assessor and a background in day nurseries from apprentice to leadership, I’m passionate about Early Years and developing others in their careers. I’m grateful to support the sector by helping shape competent practitioners. Outside work, I enjoy time with my family, friends, and two children.

Data & Admin Manager

I’m Tom, Data and Administration Manager for the High Ridge Training Group. I joined as an Apprentice in 2022, working as an administrator while completing my Level 3 Business Administration qualification. The apprenticeship helped me grow within the organisation, and after completing it, I was promoted to Data and Administration Manager in January 2025.
